Games I Keep Forgetting
Games that have become core memories, but whose title keeps escaping me and are difficult to search as they are not popular games.
Entomorph: Plague of Darkfall

Wikipedia | MyAbandonWare | MobyGames
One of the games I played in the 2000s when I was a kid, along with Diablo and Akuma: Demon Sword.
Fresco Wizard
The Rewinder

According to its Steam page, was published on 2021, although I could have sworn I played this in full before the pandemic, two years or so after Undertale.
A side-scrolling puzzle game with a pixel art style that features Chinese mythology. You play as the titular rewinder, tasked with clearing a village of resentful spirits. You can enter people's memories to find more information and to influence their past actions in order to alter the present. It's a neat mechanic that I haven't really seen anywhere else.
Tradewinds Series

A sea battle and trading simulator and strategy game where you roleplay as a ship's captain. Buy low, sell high, maintain and upgrade your ship, and decide if your cargo should hold trading goods or weaponry.
