Reigen is a Discworld Witch

Kinda cursed thought but Reigen Arataka might fit the definition of a Discworld!witch.

He disguises mundane (but effective) remedies to clients who are unwilling to accept anything but spiritual solutions to their problems, the same way some Discworld witches spin fantastic tales to get the people under their care to do what needs to be done to help themselves. And while Reigen may not have psychic powers of his own, he still has the means to provide psychic solutions via Mob's assistance, mirroring how witches' magic may not provide the solution, but their connections to entities who do have that specific magic does. Reigen heavily relies on a cultivated reputation to get things done, and despite this deception, he still does genuinely want to help others and cares for those who rely on him. He may not have psychic powers or actual magic, but he gets by with social skills and his own wisdom and ideas of responsibility.

And now I want an AU where Reigen develops actual powers, but it's the Discworld kind.
