On Rage

Rage alone can’t win you the fight.

Rage will make you sloppy and unfocused. You’ll be losing so much energy that would be otherwise directed into each blow.

Rage has to be polished. Forge your weapons in the fires of your fury. Take that incandescent, molten ball from the pit of your stomach and hammer out the shape of the blade. Sharpen it. Set it alight. Know that if your rage continues to burn even after this process, then it is a rage that can only be quenched by blood.
