- A basic 'template' that can be adjusted depending on needs and goals
- To develop and maintain proper posture
- For general physical well-being
- For developing strength and flexibility
- How to identify normal pain and fatigue from exercise and when rest or medical examination is needed
- Proper forms during exercise
- For safety and efficiency
- To avoid injury in mundane physical efforts
- How and when to rest
- Exercises that can be done with minimal equipment and space
- How to slowly develop stamina and endurance
- How to tell if a limit can be overcome with willpower and further exercise, or if it is a physical/medical limit that will lead to harm if pushed against
- Proper breathing during strenuous activity
